Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns for our products (accept our perfume) as long as they are made within 10 business days of receiving your product. A full refund will be given once the product is returned. The shipping cost will be at the buyers expense.
Please get in contact with us via firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return or exchange an item. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please email us your concerns and we will endevour to resolve this with you. It is always our intention to provide a service to ensure our customers are happy.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for perfumes.
Exchanges are subject to availability once your product return arrives at our head office. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase.
No exchanges on international orders (outside of Australia)
Damages and Lost Items
Please ensure that your shipping details are filled in correctly and completely. OneSelf Island Living will not be held responsible for any lost or missing orders resulting from an incomplete or incorrect shipping address being supplied.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact email@example.com within 10 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you. We will not be held responsible for finding lost orders and cannot exchange goods for any reason after this period.
OneSelf Island Living has made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our website. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer and mobile screens, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.
